**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be the customer-facing voice, providing exceptional support and developing creative solutions to customer issues. Your responsibilities will include:

* Validating ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners
* Ensuring PO entry accuracy as the frontline for data entry
* Checking and validating accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
* Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
* Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions
* Proactively updating order status to accelerate the billing process
* Supporting Sales Department with answers to questions and providing research responses
* Building relationships with hospital billing specialists and supporting surgery product usage questions

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* High School Diploma or GED
* Two (2) years of relevant work experience

Preferred qualifications include:

* Experience as an account representative
* Oracle experience
