**Key Responsibilities:**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds customer expectations
* Maintaining high call productivity and quality scores
* Acquiring and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's retail, online banking, mortgage, and business products
* Furnishing prompt, efficient, and accurate service while servicing customer inquiries
* Demonstrating excellent communication and active listening skills
* Ensuring that customers receive an exceptional level of service, meeting established guidelines and SLAs
* Handling customer inquiries efficiently and effectively
* Demonstrating abilities to cross-sell financial services and products
* Adhering to and complying with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering
* Adhering to arenaflex policies and procedures and completing required training
* Identifying and reporting suspicious activity

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* 1-3 years of call center experience, retail banking products, and/or residential loans experience preferred
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, particularly strong verbal communication and active listening skills
* Good typing, spelling, and written communication skills
* Bilingual candidates preferred but not required

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Knowledge of financial products and services
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or a related field

**Skills and Competencies:**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
