**Job Summary**

We're seeking highly motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives in Meridian, MS. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, building relationships with union members, and driving sales growth through presentations and appointments. **Daily Activities**

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your daily activities will include:

* Inbound and outbound calling to engage with union members and drive sales growth
* Setting appointments and conducting presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
* Basic computer knowledge to navigate our systems and complete necessary paperwork
* Quality control to ensure exceptional customer experiences
* Leadership development through our proprietary Leadership Academy

**Minimum Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with union members
* Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets
* 18+ years of age and a high school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
* Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
* Ability to pass a background check
