**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for managing accounts, developing insurance quotes, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. **Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

* Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales to grow our customer base
* Process customer policy change requests and ensure seamless transitions
* Secure all trailing documents from customers and maintain accurate records
* Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow up to ensure timely resolutions
* Complete Evidence of Insurance requests and provide timely responses to customer inquiries
* Greet all customers in a friendly and helpful manner, providing exceptional customer service and support
* Take premium payments from customers and maintain accurate records
* Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity, including financial products
* Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information
* Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring and return all phone messages promptly
* Maintain knowledge of new products and services to provide informed recommendations to customers
* Develop and maintain client relationships, building trust and loyalty through exceptional customer service
