**Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

* Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
* Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to enhance the customer experience
* Work with our food program to provide customers with a wide range of options
* Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, both inside and out
* Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless customer service
* Interact with customers daily, building strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise
* Work collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to achieve daily goals and objectives

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and courteous service to customers
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and offer creative solutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
* Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals
* Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead, with occasional lifting and/or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with occasional bending, twisting, and grasping

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

* Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
* Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and communication

* Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit
