**Job Description**

As a Customer Service Representative – Live Chat Support, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing timely, effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional, courteous manner
* Utilizing problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills

**Benefits**

* **Weekend Shift Differential:** $10.50 per hour
* **Incentive Plan:** Earn up to an additional $570 per month contingent upon meeting all metrics (call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence) after training

**Skills and Qualifications**

* **Online Chat:** Proficiency in live chat software and customer service platforms
* **Online Customer Support:** Experience providing exceptional customer support via multiple channels (live chat, email, phone)
* **Problem-Solving Skills:** Ability to analyze customer issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions
* **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear, concise manner
* **Customer Service Experience:** Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
