**Compensation and Benefits**
We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company, and dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
**Responsibilities**
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials. Guiding customers through the ordering procedure online.
* Addressing and resolving post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping.
* Utilizing a range of software tools to address client inquiries.
* Helping consumers with both domestic and international concerns by working with outside shipping contractors.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following basic requirements:
* High school graduation or its equivalent
* Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries
* Proficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders
* Exceptional communication skills, including the capacity to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech as well as to listen to and interpret customer needs
* Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities
* Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings
* A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
* Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service
* A working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
* Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian
