**Job Summary**

We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team of customer happiness experts. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for responding to presale inquiries, guiding customers through the ordering process, and resolving post-order issues. **Responsibilities**

* Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials
* Guide customers through the ordering procedure online, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
* Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping
* Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries and provide timely resolutions
* Collaborate with outside shipping contractors to resolve domestic and international customer concerns

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury fashion or e-commerce environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Proficiency in using software tools, such as CRM systems and email management platforms
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working with luxury goods or high-end fashion brands
* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online shopping experiences
* Knowledge of fashion trends and styles, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance

**Compensation and Benefits**

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market.
