About the Role: Luxury Retail Customer Service Representative

Your day will be filled with answering incoming communications, conducting research to resolve customer issues, and making recommendations to close sales. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Conduct research to provide timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries

What You Bring to the Table:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture
  • 1 year or more of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
  • 1 year or more of post-secondary education OR 2 years of equivalent work experience
  • Proven problem-solving skills to resolve mid-to-high level customer service issues
  • Computer experience and proficiency in using various software applications
  • High-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps) and a reliable computer
  • A USB wired headset (or equivalent) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android
