About the Role: Luxury Retail Customer Service Representative

You'll support customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand, leveraging your fashion sense and appreciation for exceptional service to provide white-glove treatment. Your day will be filled with answering incoming communications, conducting research to resolve customer issues, and making recommendations to close sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
- Conduct research to provide timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries
- Make recommendations for products or services to resolve customer issues and close sales
- Utilize your fashion sense and knowledge of high-end brands to provide personalized support
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
What You Bring to the Table:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture
- 1 year or more of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- 1 year or more of post-secondary education OR 2 years of equivalent work experience
- Proven problem-solving skills to resolve mid-to-high level customer service issues
- Computer experience and proficiency in using various software applications
- High-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps) and a reliable computer
- A USB wired headset (or equivalent) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android
