**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you will be responsible for:
* Answering incoming communications from customers, including phone calls, emails, and chats.
* Conducting research to provide answers to customers' questions and resolve their issues.
* Making recommendations of products or services to close sales and meet customers' needs.
* Collaborating with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture.
* 1 year or more of customer service experience.
* 1 year or more of post-secondary education or 2 years equivalent work experience.
* The ability to recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues.
* Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps).
* A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in.
