We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Macomb, MI. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, dispatching service technicians, and assisting with general office and administrative functions. **Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Providing friendly and professional services to customers and company employees
* Keeping data and records up to date, including spreadsheet information
* Answering multi-line telephone system and responding to customer inquiries
* Dispatching service technicians using a GPS software program
* Assisting with general office and administrative functions, including filing, faxing, and other tasks as needed
* Working in a fast-paced environment and being a team player

**Requirements**
