**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing outcome-based solutions for our physician referral sources and existing patient population, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
* Working closely with the clinical, sales, and service departments to submit new orders, monitor their completion, and ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
* Preparing and analyzing the billing and setup paperwork for patient services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Troubleshooting issues, identifying solutions, and dispatching corrective action via the appropriate departments within the organization, working closely with existing patients to resolve their concerns.
* Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting patient information and analyzing customer needs, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
* Actively participating in the training of new customer service and sales personnel, sharing your knowledge and expertise to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a proven work experience in a customer-facing role.
* The ability to learn and apply market and product information, as well as patient billing and insurance requirements, to provide exceptional customer service.
* Multitasking capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Computer and technological literacy, with proficiency in software applications and systems.

**Physical Demands**
