**Job Summary**

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Medicare team on a 3-month contract-to-hire basis. As a Customer Service Representative - Medicare, you'll be responsible for handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer inquiries. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding their claims, benefits, enrollment, and other related topics
* Utilize multiple systems to navigate customer information and resolve issues efficiently
* Maintain a high level of empathy and understanding when interacting with customers, ensuring a positive experience
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in call center customer service, with a focus on inbound calls
* Excellent customer-focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented mindset
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
* Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
* Empathy and strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on customer service
* Previous experience working with Medicare or similar healthcare programs
* Call center customer service experience, with a focus on inbound calls
* Medical background or experience in a related field
* HS diploma or GED with 2+ years of customer service experience/call center experience
