**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our Merchant Services team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Inbound Operations group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and driving business growth through coaching and mentoring. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $26.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide mentorship to colleagues to improve their overall performance on all metrics
* Demonstrate imagination and commitment to making moves to advance a positive workplace
* Be an understudy of the business: seek ways to develop and learn about the business
* Make a positive impact on customer experience by inspiring the team to provide customer support and making working with us easy for merchants
* Recognize ways to improve and execute tasks to help efficiency and quality
* Answer and address escalations from customers and merchants

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with individuals at all levels of technical expertise
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and create innovative solutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar tools for data analysis and reporting

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Knowledge of the food delivery and logistics industry
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Customer Experience Professional)
