As a Customer Service Representative on our remote team, you will be the face of Nutiliti, providing top-notch support to our customers through phone calls, text messages, emails, and voice notes. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and voice notes from customers regarding Nutiliti application-related inquiries and issues
- Provide clear, concise, and friendly explanations of processes and steps for the Nutiliti application
- Direct customers to the appropriate department or resource when necessary
- Utilize advanced English language skills to communicate effectively with customers
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity in all interactions
- Collaborate with the Nutiliti team and our client to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

**Essential Qualifications:**

- 1+ year of experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Advanced English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Friendly, helpful, and positive attitude, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in using various software applications and tools

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Familiarity with Nutiliti or similar applications
- Previous experience in a training or onboarding role
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages
