**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Representative / Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role offers a unique hybrid work model, combining remote work with time in our office. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing administrative tasks, and supporting the growth and success of arenaflex.

**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative / Office Administrative Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

* Answering incoming calls and emails from customers inquiring about their orders, providing timely and accurate information to resolve their queries
* Sending updates to customers about their orders as needed, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction
* Gathering information on customer complaints for speedy resolutions from management, demonstrating a proactive approach to issue resolution
* Calling applicants and scheduling interviews for the Plant Manager to conduct, showcasing excellent communication and organizational skills
* Conducting onboarding paperwork, background checks, and E-Verify reports for all new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
* Performing all other relatable office tasks given by the Plant Manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in MS Office systems and Outlook, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to prioritize and multitask, managing multiple tasks and deadlines with ease

* Strong organizational skills, maintaining a high level of organization and productivity in a dynamic work environment
