**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Office Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our team members. If you're a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

* Coordinating activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
* Supervising members of the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance
* Managing agendas, travel plans, and appointments for upper management
* Managing emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
* Supporting bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company
* Creating and updating databases and records for financial information, personnel, and other data
* Tracking and replacing office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
* Submitting reports and preparing proposals and presentations as needed
* Assisting colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* At least two years of progressively responsible clerical experience required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
* Ability to function well in a high-paced work environment
* Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment

**Preferred Skills**

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Experience with database management and data analysis
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Experience working in a remote or virtual office setting
