**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Interfacing with customers via inbound calls who have questions or concerns that require additional support
* Achieving specific support and resolution on every call
* Using script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate advice or service for particular situations
* Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A High School Diploma and/or GED
* Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (or required)
* Live within 25-30-mile radius of our Arnold, MO site
* Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
* The ability to work rotational shifts as needed

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role
* Knowledge of client products and/or services
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
