**The Role**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering incoming calls, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service, and you'll be an integral part of our on-site call center environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Answer incoming calls and communicate with clients in a respectful, courteous, and empathetic manner
* Troubleshoot situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers on the phone
* Maintain an above-average attendance record and adhere to established standard operating procedures
* Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery
* Provide exceptional service to our clients, including veterans and medical staff
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

**Qualifications and Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* At least one year of call center experience required
* Strong verbal communication skills, with excellent phone etiquette
* Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, with experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Ability to work without direct supervision and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Previous military experience encouraged to apply
* Must be able to pass an extensive background check

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a medical or healthcare setting
* Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
