**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative – Order Entry Specialist II, you will be responsible for:

* Ensuring delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries
* Providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty and drive business growth
* Interacting with customers, company sales, and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
* Performing a number of Customer Service support tasks, including:
+ Determining the best approach to tasks and solving abnormalities based on professional knowledge and insights
+ Analyzing abnormalities that occur within your working area and identifying the cause and remedies based on professional knowledge and insights
+ Completing work with a limited degree of supervision
* Working closely with the Invoicing Team to ensure seamless processing of orders and invoices
* Daily sorting and mailing of printed invoices
* Scanning and emailing invoices to customers
* Renaming intercompany invoices and saving them to a SharePoint site

**Minimum Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or order entry position
* High-school/Associates or equivalent experience, with a strong attention to detail
* Certification, if applicable
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

**Additional Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative – Order Entry Specialist II, you will also be responsible for:

* Working closely with the Invoicing Team to ensure seamless processing of orders and invoices
* Daily sorting and mailing of printed invoices
* Scanning and emailing invoices to customers
* Renaming intercompany invoices and saving them to a SharePoint site

**Essential Skills and Competencies**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Familiarity with SharePoint and VPN systems
