**Job Details**

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/ Order Processor to join our team on a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will have:

* 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
* Proven experience creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients
* Heavy credit memo experience and knowledge of credit memo creation, application, and verification on purchase orders

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative/ Order Processor, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
* Processing orders and resolving complex issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
* Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
* Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance and quality standards

**Essential Qualifications**

* 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
* Proven experience creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Heavy credit memo experience and knowledge of credit memo creation, application, and verification on purchase orders
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in the gaming industry or a related field
* Knowledge of credit memo software and systems
