**Job Description**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Assisting potential borrowers and current customers with questions regarding loan products
* Evaluating vehicles to determine loan eligibility
* Managing customer loans and payments
* Providing daily communication with customers regarding their accounts
* Making courtesy calls to customers as needed
* Maintaining accurate records and data entry
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives
