**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative on our overnight shift, you'll be responsible for:

* Engaging with clients through both outbound and inbound calls, providing solutions and support to meet their needs
* Analyzing and appraising loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process
* Ensuring precise documentation of all account interactions, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
* Communicating clearly and effectively, providing timely updates and resolutions to customer inquiries
* Maintaining professionalism, sensitivity, and tact during customer interactions, even in challenging situations
* Handling card payments and processing financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
* Staying informed about the latest in lending practices and financial services, applying this knowledge to enhance customer experiences

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent

**Working Conditions**

This position requires:
