**Job Summary**
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to work in our inbound call center in overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer calls, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service with empathy. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle a high volume of customer calls, resolving issues and providing exceptional service with empathy
* Assist patients with prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
* Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure timely delivery of medications to patients
* Provide accurate and timely information to patients regarding their medications and treatment plans
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer service experience
* 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
* Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
* Strong computer skills and a passion for helping others
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
* Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
