**Job Summary**

We are seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team in Mount Prospect, IL. As a key member of our team, you will work in an overnight shift, providing exceptional customer service to patients and families, and ensuring timely delivery of life-sustaining medications. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Handle high-volume calls, including prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
* Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer needs over the phone
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of medications and resolve any issues that may arise
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric environment
* 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Ability to work in an overnight shift, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST
* Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
* Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
* Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

**Education**

* Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
