**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing solutions to their needs. **Responsibilities**

* Answer inbound calls from customers regarding our products and services
* Understand and apply blithequark's policies and procedures to resolve customer inquiries
* Provide exceptional customer service with a highly professional demeanor
* Demonstrate a strong phone presence while assisting customers with less than perfect credit
* Achieve high satisfaction ratings on customer surveys
* Participate in team meetings to stay informed and contribute to the team's success

**Training and Development**

* Receive extensive paid training program, up to 3 weeks in length, to ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role
* Ongoing training opportunities to help you grow and develop in your career

**Pay and Benefits**

* Competitive hourly rate starting at $15-$17.50 per hour, with opportunities to increase take-home pay
* Top 75% of associates are eligible for incentives
* Career path from Associate I to Associate IV, with each step earning an increase in pay
* Earn up to an additional $3.50 per hour when working non-traditional hours
* Bilingual skills are compensated in the form of a 10% differential

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
