**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative - Part Time (Remote) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing friendly, professional, and insightful service to our customers, helping them with their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. **Qualifications**

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
* Minimum of 18 years old
* Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
* Physical ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, as well as lift and handle baggage
* Ability to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
* Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
* Ability to meet the Company attendance standards and uniform and appearance standards

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
* Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
