**Key Responsibilities**

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting customers with orders, returns, and account issues, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their concerns
* Troubleshooting and resolving product and service issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to navigate complex customer issues
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment, free from distractions
* Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a minimum of 20 hours per week
