**Job Description Overview**

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* **Providing Service to Patients**: Answer patient inquiries with exceptional customer service, while maintaining positive patient relations.
* **Excellent Communication**: Provide concise and professional communication to patients and colleagues alike.
* **ETM Software Operation**: Learn and understand the operation of our ETM software.
* **Billing and Account Operations**: Learn and understand billing and account operations, including researching and resolving problems with patients' bills.
* **Documenting Inquiries**: Answer and document all telephone inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
* **Insurance Coverage Updates**: Update patients' insurance coverage as needed.
* **Printing Claims and Statements**: Print courtesy claims and itemized statements as required.
* **Rebilling Accounts**: Rebills accounts after receiving insurance information.
* **Financial Agreements**: Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed.
* **Additional Duties**: Perform other duties and assignments as requested by management.

**Qualifications and Experience**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
* **Multitasking Ability**: The ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously is required.
* **Microsoft Windows Environment**: Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows environment is a plus.
