**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative - Payment Collection Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

* Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection processes
* Providing knowledgeable answers and scripted customer feedback to resolve customer issues
* Maintaining accurate customer notes and records
* Collaborating with managers to receive feedback and improve performance
* Participating in virtual team environments and weekly contests to stay engaged and motivated

**Essential Qualifications**

* Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote work setting
* Access to a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection
* GED or High School Diploma
* Ability to quickly and accurately type customer notes on a standard keyboard
