We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the payments technology landscape. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in resolving customer inquiries, providing problem resolution, and maintaining detailed knowledge of our products and services.

**What You'll Do**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS, and chat to provide problem resolution in accordance with arenaflex's service standards
* Receiving and/or placing telephone calls, which are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures
* Answering customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs, and complaints, responding where applicable or directing to technical/service areas
* Maintaining detailed and current knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
* Analyzing customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments, when applicable
* Navigating a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications

**What We're Looking For**

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience (onsite or remote) within the last 18 months
* Availability to work all shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Familiarity with computerized data entry systems and relevant applications

**Desired Skills and Capabilities**

* Acquires and applies job skills and learns arenaflex policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks
* Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes, but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice
* Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requires instructions on all assignments
* Works under close supervision
