**What You'll Do**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

* **Research and problem-solving**: You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
* **Critical thinking**: You'll think critically to help our customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
* **Customer engagement**: You'll engage with our customers and go above and beyond to "wow" them with exceptional service.
* **Multi-tasking**: You'll be able to multi-task and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

**What You'll Need**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* **1-2 years working in a customer-focused environment**: You'll have experience working in a customer-facing role, either in a call center or retail environment.
* **Excellent communication skills**: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
* **Ability to multi-task and think critically**: You'll be able to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously and think critically to resolve issues.
* **Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed**: You'll be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and be available to work overtime as needed.
* **Must be able to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license**: You'll need to pass a background check to obtain a KY Rx Tech license.
