**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues
* Going above and beyond to wow our customers and provide exceptional experiences
* Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards while engaging with customers and providing solutions
**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to think critically and multi-task
* Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
* The ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
