**The Role**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone and online chat. This is a full-time position that requires a strong and diverse skillset, including:

* Providing top-notch customer service through phone and online chat
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Answering customer inquiries and providing product information
* Processing customer orders and resolving any issues related to delivery or payment
* Collaborating with our sales team to provide exceptional customer experiences
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone and online chat
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
* Process customer orders and resolve any issues related to delivery or payment
* Collaborate with our sales team to provide exceptional customer experiences
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
* Work independently to solve unique problems and think outside the box to come up with new ideas for the good of the company

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Experience with sales and customer service software
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
* Bilingual or multilingual skills

* Competitive salary starting at $16.00/hour with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
