**Job Responsibilities**
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service
* Thoroughly reviewing and processing loan applications through various software systems
* Assessing candidate qualifications for loans and making informed decisions
* Creating and updating records to ensure accurate and efficient processing
* Identifying client needs and exploring available options to meet their requirements
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
