**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including:

* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner
* Guiding customers through website-related issues, product questions, and payment matters
* Referring complex queries or complaints to the relevant department and ensuring timely resolution

**Eligibility Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following eligibility requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; however, higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service will be a plus point
* English language proficiency (written and verbal) is a must to apply for this role
* Proficiency in computer use and basic skills in troubleshooting technical errors are necessary
