**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Providing consistently high-quality customer care and ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints
* Performing a range of airport-related tasks and being prepared to assist with daily operations in areas such as check-in, security, gates, and arrivals
* Conducting security checks, screening passengers, and verifying travel documents
* Working closely with Lead Specialists to ensure smooth operations and providing administrative support
* Promoting and selling American Airlines' services and products to clients
* Participating in mandatory training and adhering to company policies and procedures

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information on American Airlines' services and products
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints
* Perform airport-related tasks, including check-in, security, gates, and arrivals
* Conduct security checks, screen passengers, and verify travel documents
* Provide administrative support to Lead Specialists and other team members
* Participate in mandatory training and adhere to company policies and procedures

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
* Fluency in English and German (written and verbal)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems (Saber/Qik)
* Ability to work in a shift environment, including weekends and holidays

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Strong knowledge of American Airlines' services and products
* Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Knowledge of airport operations and procedures
* Experience working with reservation systems (Saber/Qik)
* Fluency in additional languages (e.g. Spanish, French, Mandarin)
