**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience. **Key Responsibilities**

* Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers, providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience and meets arenaflex's high standards.
* Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner, providing solutions that meet their needs.
* Follow arenaflex's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
* Work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

**Essential Qualifications**

* Previous call center experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Ability to type 35 wpm or greater.
* Basic computer knowledge, including email and internet navigation.
* Call center experience, with a strong understanding of call center operations and procedures.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous healthcare experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
* Experience with prescription management and insurance claims.
* Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights.
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
