**Job Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Understanding and executing inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure timely and effective communication with customers
* Taking overflow inbound service calls, providing exceptional service, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Assisting customers with appointment scheduling, ensuring seamless coordination with Service Managers and other stakeholders
* Maintaining a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies, including marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates
* Collaborating with Service Managers to ensure a world-class customer experience, driving sales growth, and meeting business objectives
* Providing exceptional service, resolving customer complaints, and escalating issues as necessary
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends, manufacturer updates, and marketing campaigns to provide informed and accurate information to customers

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Proficiency in phone and computer systems, with experience in call center and appointment setting environments
* A professional and polite demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Friendly and outgoing personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple calls simultaneously
* Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with Service Managers and other stakeholders
