**The Role**

As a Remote Customer Service/Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in handling emergency signals, notifying and verifying alarm signals, and dispatching the proper authorities when needed. This is a full-time position that requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent customer service skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

* Handle emergency signals and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Notify and verify alarm signals to ensure accurate and efficient response
* Dispatch the proper authorities when necessary, following established protocols and procedures
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex policies and procedures

**Requirements**

* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
* Computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Previous experience in the alarm monitoring industry or a related field
* Certification in customer service or a related field

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $17.49 to $21.49 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a generous starting pay, we offer a range of benefits and perks, including:

**Schedule and Availability**

We offer a range of shifts, including 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am). As a full-time employee, you'll be required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime as needed.
