As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling emergency signals, notifying and verifying alarm signals, and dispatching the proper authorities in a timely and efficient manner. **Responsibilities**
* Handle emergency signals and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Notify and verify alarm signals, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer needs
* Dispatch the proper authorities, such as police, fire, or medical services, as required
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and alarm signals
* Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or emergency response environment
* Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required

**Schedule**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work a variety of shifts, including:
* 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
* 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
* 10 hour shifts
* 12 hour shifts
* 8 hour shifts
* Evening shifts
* Holidays
* Night shifts
* Overnight shifts
* Weekends as needed
**Ability to Commute/Relocate**
You must live no longer than 45 minutes from Manasquan, New Jersey to be considered for this position, as the training period is on-site.
**Work Location**
Our Remote Call Center is located in Manasquan, New Jersey 08736. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work from home after successful completion of training.
