**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Handling emergency signals and notifying/verifying alarm signals in a timely and efficient manner
* Dispatching proper authorities as needed to ensure prompt response to emergency situations
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must:

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
* Have prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
* Be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
* Demonstrate strong computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications
* Be willing to relocate to the Manasquan, NJ area, with a commute time of no more than 45 minutes from Manasquan, NJ

**Shifts and Schedules**

arenaflex offers a variety of shifts and schedules to accommodate your needs, including:

* 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
* 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
* 10 hour shifts
* 12 hour shifts
* 8 hour shifts
* Evening shifts
* Holidays
* Night shifts
* Overnight shifts
* Weekends as needed
