**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Handling emergency signals and notifying/verifying alarm signals
* Dispatching proper authorities as needed
* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
* Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Weekends, holidays, and overtime flexibility
* Computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

**Shifts and Schedules**

We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules, including:

* 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
* 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
* 10 hour shifts
* 12 hour shifts
* 8 hour shifts
* Evening shifts
* Holidays
* Night shifts
* Overnight shifts
* Weekends as needed
