**Responsibilities**

As a Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Handling emergency signals and notifying/verifying alarm signals
* Dispatching proper authorities when necessary
* Providing exceptional customer service and support
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
* Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
* Weekends, holidays, and overtime flexibility, as you'll be working a variety of shifts
* Computer literacy, with experience using software applications and technology

**Shifts and Scheduling**

We offer a range of shifts to accommodate your needs, including:

* 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
* 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
* 10-hour shifts
* 12-hour shifts
* 8-hour shifts
* Evening shifts
* Holidays
* Night shifts
* Overnight shifts
* Weekends as needed
