Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone (inbound and outbound), email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional responses to their inquiries
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, utilizing excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records through data entry, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed in a fair and courteous manner

Experience and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service role, with call center experience being highly desirable. You should possess excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to analyze customer needs. The ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment is essential, and bilingualism in Spanish and English is a definite plus.

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, with call center experience preferred

  • Ability to commute to Topeka, KS, with the first week of the position being in-office and the remainder of the assignment being remote
