About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Live in Georgia, as this is a requirement for the position
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications

Preferred Qualifications:
