**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support. You'll work independently, handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
* Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
* Communicate with customers, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to provide excellent customer service
* Schedule appointments and obtain necessary patient information
* Work independently with little to no supervision on goal-oriented projects and tasks
* Adapt to changes and modifications in procedures and policies
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to adapt to changes and modifications in procedures and policies
* Proficiency in using a PC with Windows 10 or above, internet connection, and a quiet workspace
* Availability to work a 40-hour shift, including day shifts

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or related field
* Experience working with medical professionals and patients
* Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
