**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. You'll work independently with little to no supervision, using your exceptional communication skills to resolve customer issues and provide excellent service. **Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
* Communicate with patients and medical professionals to schedule appointments and obtain necessary patient information
* Work independently with little to no supervision on goal-oriented projects and tasks
* Follow detailed instructions, procedures, and policies to ensure excellent customer service
* Adapt quickly to changes and modifications in the call center environment
* Think critically and make sound decisions to resolve customer issues
* Work a 40-hour shift, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules as needed

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and kindly with all levels of customers and providers
* Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
* Proficiency in using a PC with Windows 10 or above, internet connection, and a quiet workspace
* Ability to quickly adapt to changes and modifications in the call center environment
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work a 40-hour shift, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules as needed

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
* Experience working with patients and medical professionals
* Strong data entry skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
