**Job Summary**

As a Cargo Agent, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cargo services. You'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Process and manage cargo shipments, including booking, tracking, and resolving issues
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless cargo operations
* Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Work a flexible schedule, including early morning and evening shifts, to accommodate flight schedules

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
* A valid driver's license
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early morning and evening hours

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in freight cargo and warehouse operations
* Strong writing and computer skills
