**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our store partners and customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and build trust.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Answering incoming calls from store partners and customers, providing timely and effective support to resolve their queries and concerns
* Creating and managing tickets for help and follow-up purposes, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation
* Conducting basic research to resolve customer issues, using available resources and tools
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, using our CRM system
* Handling incoming emails and other communication channels, responding promptly and professionally
* Collaborating with internal teams, such as operations and logistics, to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and other software applications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
